Absolutely exceeds all expectations, food is truly ALWAYS FRESH. Service is 10/10, employees are always willing to satisfy their customers. Seating area is both indoor and outdoor. Restaurant is newly built and very clean, overall an amazing atmosphere and 100% recommend to anyone in Jax.

First time trying, we got the pick 4 with fries. We got fried gizzards, fried shrimp,fried wings and fried oysters. We loved the gizzards, shrimp and wings. I personally wasn't a fan of the fried oysters. But my husband seemed to like them. We also got fried pickles that were very yummy but the breading had a bit of a fishy taste, I wasn't a fan of that but overall yummy. The fries were soggy but nicely seasoned so not too many complaints. The service was quick (we ordered online) they pulled us to the side and had our food out as soon as I got there. They were very polite and professional. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be returning.

I’ve had nothing but an amazing and delicious experience at Mr. Snapper’s rather dining in, delivery, or takeout. The food menu is full of variety. During this visit, I ordered the Family Fish Platter.

Food excellent. Price fair. Did delivery this time. Uber driver had a hard time finding home. Made several calls. Language barrier. Went outside and opened garage to aid as it got darker. Next time, call before it gets dark. Otherwise, worked together and did not give up. Driver friendly and apologized. Food was no longer hot but tasted great. The lamb gyro is delish! Portion on platters can feed a family of 3-4, on the three type options. Good variety and easy ordering on web page. We are repeat customers!

The food was excellent. Better than similar platters I have gotten at full service places. The flavor was great, it was delivered piping hot. Zero complaints. We got their "Pick Five" combo platter with catfish, shrimp, chicken wings, chicken tenders and chicken gizzards.

Very delicious food! I ordered the fish and chicken were prepared perfectly and I also really enjoyed the crab cake. This was not my first time and definitely will be back again and again. Thanks for the great meal.

First of all, just be aware that the food served are just deep fried food. That being said, the restaurant is reasonable clean, the service is decent, and the food is decent for the price. It will take a few minutes to get your food since it is being made fresh despite being "fast food." The protein items have a lot of breading on them, sometimes too much. The scallops were mostly breading, not scallops, if that's what they even really are.

Seems mostly fashioned for drive through because eat-in patrons are often neglected to serveand favor phone, online order pickups. Food is very tasty & desirable, as well as mostly cooked once ordered. Fish is of good quality and delectable without having to douse it with sauces. Can be testy to patience at times, to the point that I left one time with three other members of my family after spending ample time waiting to be acknowledged and for my order to be taken while they were going cuckoo taking and handling only vehicular orders while I was the only walk- in customer without managers or workers even looking at me, like I wasn't even there...Highly annoying and disrespectfu!...
